Subscriptions
Some products on our store may be offered as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your customer account.
Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order before inventory is available.
When placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method either at checkout or at the time your order is prepared for shipment, depending on the product and promotion.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are approximate and may change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays.
You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has shipped. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it will fall under our standard Refund Policy.
Promotional Offers & Limited-Time Discounts
We may occasionally offer limited-time promotions, bundle discounts, subscription savings, or introductory offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes
- Discounts are not redeemable for cash
- Promotions may end or change without notice
- Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel suspicious orders, or refuse promotional abuse at our discretion.
